-Led zero waste generation project in packaging Colombia and semi-automation process for packaging Peru. (Planning and coordinating work plan deliverables, monitoring project timelines).-Coordinated and supported contractor management processes (RFQ, RFI e-auctions) for both countries, at oil & mining fields, and in local sites. (Preparing contracts and/or agreements, and supporting documentation)-Standardized local procedures for Peru and Colombia.-Supported local and corporate audits for Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certificate and quality, health, and safety internal guidelines.*Accomplishment* Increased the automation level from 15% to 90% with the successful implementation of SAP local contracts and e-catalogs.

-Regulated operational procedures for intragroup purchases at the LATAM region.-Supported and introduced the Together for Sustainability (TfS) initiative within the LATAM regional procurement team getting the 19 suppliers on board in 2 months.-Brought a closer relationship between the procurement operational team and the business operational team.*Accomplishment* Standardized the intracompany procedures for the procurement operational team improving the accuracy of the information gathered within the ERP system.

-Negotiated and purchased technical materials (services and projects) for the entire Colombian territory, reaching the proposed indicators of payment time, savings, and internal customer service quality.-Developed supplying strategies for PPE as consignment improving leadtimes and availablility of stock.-Strengthen commercial relations with stakeholders and key suppliers, which allowed the department to achive the targets.

-Advised at a technical level to develop tertiary recovery and oil-well cleaning operations (Production & matrix stimulations), as well as pipe and storage tank cleaning operations (for organic and inorganic deposits) to companies operating in the oil & gas sector.-Designed products to improve crude conditions as high viscosity.-Supported administrative processes such as scheduling meetings, and evaluation of critical and general suppliers.
