About Luisa Gentile

I am a passionate, energetic and versatile professional, with significant international experience in multinational corporate, nonprofit and higher education organizations in Europe, Middle East and South East Asia , where I have covered managerial roles in People & Change Management , Project Management and Corporate Social Responsibility.My recent work as Founder of Professionals Doing Good has focused on helping leadership, strategic thinking and philanthropic advice to nonprofit sector. I am passionate about the idea that investing in developing skills is one of the best ways that non profits can take their performance to the next level and have a greater impact on the world. I serve as board member and mentor for executives to several charitable organizations in Cambodia. I am also a free-lance trainer and regular speaker at conferences and university lectures, specialized on change management, sustainability leadership and employees' engagement.I hold a BA with Hons in Education (Terza Universita’ degli Studi di Roma) , Post-Degree in People & Organizational Development (University of Essex) .
