Associate - Treasury Management Onboarding
Current• Fulfills various requests related to customer payments • Researches and resolves a wide variety of issues and queries using independent judgment with little or no assistance • Inputs data changes on a wide variety of accounts • Executes tasks efficiently, following established procedures and according to regulatory and customer experience requirements • Exercises judgement to make independent decisions, when necessary • Works with teammates and partner groups to proactively identify process improvements and best practices• Help develop and update process maps, procedures, or other artifacts; may maintain/ update documentation for new and existing processes.• Contributes to or leads special projects in a limited capacity • Investigates and resolves customer issues with little or no assistance • Provides support to customer-facing associates for international and domestic wires • Supports multiple payment processes • Build relationships with partners to ensure best practices are being administered• Attend ad hoc meetings as a subject matter expert in areas of expertise• History of supporting and leveraging resources across the value stream• Develop solutions to problems based on subject matter expertise and research of areas within and beyond own area of responsibility• Deliver results which routinely exceed requirements and expectations with minimal guidance on unstructured objectives
