Monitoraggio attività di produzione, logistica, approvvigionamento ed ottimizzazione dei processi. Figura di congiunzione tra lo stabilimento della verniciatura e quello della produzione.

-Management of sales orders entry, updating and invoicing;-Keep up with Logistics Departments for the fulfilment of orders and shipments;-Dealing with shipment processes, contact with carriers;-Issuing documents and certificates in compliance with export and customs procedures; managing customs problems.-Customer care and claims management as main contact for foreign B2B and B2c clients;

Sviluppo nuovi mercati, caricamento ed evasione ordini, partecipazione a fiere di settore in Italia e all'estero

In the marketing departement I was in charge of keeping relations with mainly foreign customers. In addition to that, my main tasks were related to back office activities, drawing-up of contracts, constant uploading of customers data, contact with suppliers ( mainly Chinese). I was also in charge of helping in the organizational process of worldwide fairs.
