-Perform all executive operations required for the Non-Profit youth soccer to operate within U.S. Youth Soccer by-laws.-Administer and manage all developmental projects to develop and enhance the coaching staff's and player's future.-Maintain and develop relationships with important people and organizations in the U.S. Youth Soccer industry.-Negotiate with club sponsors to generate revenue and equipment.-Develop, manage and maintain the club’s website with news, calendar, roster, league, administrative and general updates (www.barcaelitefc.org).-Communicate with coaches, league directors and parents to maintain an organization using internal and external resources.-Manage and maintain the media accounts of the club including Twitter and Facebook up to date.-Supervise coaches regarding club rules, budget and coaching licenses.
