With over 14 years of experience as a Director/business owner and qualified Head Teacher, I have a passion for transforming education, leadership, and wellbeing through innovative and evidence-based approaches. As the founder and director of LMT Academy of Performing Arts, I have created a platform for young people to develop their skills, confidence, and creativity in expressive arts, while also promoting mindfulness and mental health awareness.As a Deputy Head Teacher, I have demonstrated excellence in teaching and learning, change management, coaching, and mentoring. I have also been recognised as the Pearson UK Teacher of the Year 2017/18 for my outstanding contribution to the education sector. My mission is to inspire, empower, and support educators, leaders, and learners to achieve their full potential and to make a positive impact in the world.
