Electrical Product Design • Working closely with the technical team design center, based in Chihuahua to continue the project of GM customer warranties and while to support the manufacturing plant in the Reynosa area.• Assume full responsibilities in identifying and targeting new customers• Analyze design problems and formulate solutions using engineering tools such as problem solving methodologies,simulation, circuit analysis. • Providing solutions to promote and support creative design for cost reduction programs

Warranty Engineer• Achieved build problem solving through locating responsible engineers and working with them to produce corrective action on open build issues that increased product quality.• Help develop solutions to product and process issues for pre and post production.• Receive, advance root cause analyze, giving an answer to costumer and contentions inside and outside the plant. • Conducting special sorting for manufacturing plants.• Follow up on customers’ complaints. As well as meeting with costumers to keep providing help on issues of manufacture and/or supplier.

Diagnostic Engineer• Experience in troubleshooting and analysis of electrical boards and/or deliverables with surface mount components (SMT).• Failure mode analysis and root cause of rejected products by the customer.• Knowledge of interpreting electrical diagrams and faults interpretation. Also various programs designed for final assembly lines. • Management of measuring instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc).Quality Engineering Intern, • Design and create new concepts to control quality in the assembly line.• Manage and design Operator Data Sheets (ODS), Customer Returns (RMA), SCRAP Sheets, Request Shipping Format, Stop Shipment Forms, Quality Alerts, Customer Complaints. • Apply and enhance knowledge in 8D, Quality Control Plan, Road Maps, DFMA, and PFMA.• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects in the assembly line using a methodology Kepner Tregoe.• Collaboration in a project to reduce defects, SCRAP Perform 50% reduction in the ultimate assembly line to decrease pollution.
