Current• Responsible for retention of over $1.6M of business annually by building and maintaining relationships with clients.• Book of Business focused on mid-market and enterprise customers with high complexity and in a fast-paced startup environment.• Routinely exceeds retainment KPIs and monitors account activity to strategically prevent churn and maintain accounts during renewals. • Trains and onboard new customers utilizing Risk and Compliance SaaS solutions.• Builds customer accounts with some of North America’s largest real estate and construction management companies and turns customer feedback into results and meaningful resolutions. • Leads business strategy reviews with customers and stakeholders while proactively presenting solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy and risk transfer.• Collaborates cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, support, accounting, and operation teams to troubleshoot customer challenges effectively.• Actively develops extensive product and industry-specific knowledge and assists customers withinsurance-related and technical inquiries while assessing areas of improvement for the software.
