I was in charge of editing content of the website, pursuing opportunities for long-term growth, and generating new ideas to solve problems related to the development of the business. I was in charge of enhancing and developing a new employee English Learning program that proved to be 50% more successful than its former. I frequently participated in project market research, negotiations, and panel discussions on private equity.

I marketed Hands on Orlando through Social Media platforms by creating campaigns focusing on the development of the brand and increasing market reach by 20%. The main platforms used were Facebook and Twitter. I worked closely with the founder and CEO of the organization collaborating with the planning and execution of events as a project leader managing between 10 to 25 people per event.
