As a philanthropic advisor, leadership coach, nonprofit leader and political strategist my energy is focused on furthering equitable access to power and opportunity for leaders with proximity to today's most pressing issues, such as communities of color, those of working class backgrounds, and many more marginalized populations, particularly because they are underrepresented in leadership roles.
