- Management of Investment process (7 M € approx in 2012) in A400M Final Assembly Line (Investments Forecast and Anual AOP, monitoring CAPEX Process and representing Head of FAL A400M in A400M Program Investment Central Commitee and Airbus Investment Commitee- Performs a Technical and economical review,assuring alignment with budget and industrial milestones of the Operative Plan of A400M program. - Monitors and reports periodically status of relevant FAL projects: a.FAL A400M Rework Electrical Center Management b.Transfer of Out Sequence Works from IFA (Integrated Fuselaje Assembly) and Nose Fuselaje (NF) to FAL A400M- Together with the Configuration Manager, identifies and evaluates Cost Relevant Modifications and impact in FAL. - FAL Headcount allocation into the defined Cost Centers. Monitors level of hours and costs charged, identifies gaps and proposes corrective actions.
