Luis is a self taught entrepreneur and avid reader who never stops learning. He has worked in all areas of a family business during 8 years. Worked in the Kaizen department where he taught employees from various different companies the Toyota Way and lead the development of the Kaizen app, a game to teach Toyota way to all employees at low costs. Then moved on to teach strategic planning to all areas of the different companies in the group and finally took the leap to pursue his dream of helping small businesses through his company Qhatu.
