Luis received the 2nd prize in Mathematics during baccalaureate tests and got the degree of M.S. in Telecommunications Engineering, publishing "Design of External Management Services for School Environments". He also holds a Postgraduate International Master in "Cognitive Systems and Interactive Media" at the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, where he coursed a PhD in Cognitive Science and Robotics, publishing "A Digital Neuromorphic Implementation of Cerebellar Associative Learning". His training includes courses of Bioengineering, Control and Intelligent Systems, while he keeps his interest in Astronomy. Luis got a scholarship at the "National Institute for Aerospace Technology" and worked at several technological companies throughout Europe, in the industries of electronics, transport and telecommunications. He likes to be up-to-date, so he complemented work with several computer science courses. Luis has experience in international solidarity educational work and he is trilingual in English, Spanish and French. He has also taken courses of Russian, Chinese and Arabic, as well as private studies of Italian, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Danish and Japanese.
