I am member of the Firm’s Energy, Real Estate, and Banking and Finance practice.I have been assisting major international companies investing in Angola in areas such as real estate, oil & gas, energy, banking, among others. I have advised diplomatic representations and international organizations as well. I am experienced in assisting clients with their investment projects, joint venture agreements, companies’ day-to-day activities, restructurings and dissolution processes. FX matters, and public tenders and projects have also been part of my professional activity.In the course of 2014 and 2015, assisting in the management of legal matters for Conoco Phillips’ Angola operations has allowed an inside knowledge of an IOC’s Unit.My previous working experience in Portugal and Mozambique gave me an international and inter-cultural perspective and understanding of the needs/ challenges involving stakeholders with different backgrounds, experiences, and expectations.Integrity, respect for diversity and common sense are values and principles guiding my action.
