I'm a video producer and I love telling stories with videos.I've been producing videos for companies since I was 16 and have tried everything from aftermovies to motorsport vlogs to tech startup ads.At the age of 17, I started my own video business alongside school and produced for start-ups and brands across Europe.Then came the Abitur and everyone asked themselves which job they want to do.Nobody knew what jobs and opportunities were out there and that was the foundation for employer branding for me.Today I help companies to develop their employer branding strategy and to present their jobs authentically with videos in order to convince young talents.
