Mentor and facilitator of a network of political actors, officials, activists and urban planners from Argentina, Colombia and Mexico (France).Responsible for the conception and implementation of a training course, and a system of accompaniment (mentoring) aimed at the Zero Emissions Coalition of Mexico, the Public Space Directorate of Bogotá and the Municipal Council of Rosario in Argentina. Achievements: • The Municipal Government of CDMX declared as permanent infrastructure the emerging cycle path of AV. Insurgents (the largest avenue in Latin America). • The Public Space Directorate of Bogotá has laid the foundations for the formation of an Innovation Laboratory to strengthen public policy on the sustainable use of public space. • The Municipal Council of Rosario in Argentina has defined a pilot program of “supermanzanas” (superblocks).

Organization of 18 missions of highly specialized international advisory for the development of infrastructure projects, energy efficiency, sustainability, urban services, green and circular economy in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru. Participated in the organization of 12 World Congresses on Urban Development and a wide variety of international meetings. Achievements: • Contribution to the reinforcement of the Latin American presence in large global meetings and international summits such as: Rio + 20, World Urban Forums, Habitat III, G20 Summit, thanks to the systematization of experiences and the production of official sustainability reports (social, economic and environmental) based on experiences and specific territorial cases. • Operational changes in public policies aimed at partners and other organizations participants. • Acceleration in strategic decision making.Example 1: In Peru, after two missions on New Cities projects, the Housing Ministry introduced our suggestions in the National Policy for New Cities and, for the functional reorganization of the corresponding Directorate.Example 2: The city of Puebla (Mexico) accepted our contribution to introducing improvements to the Atoyac River Recovery Plan.Example 3: In Chile, we were able to present significant improvements in the Water Treatment Service Infrastructure Plan, led by the company Aguas Andinas, from the perspective of adaptation to climate change.

In charged of the change of the work system of professional teams in charge of a total of 14 projects to promote labor rights and local economic development. Project coordination with a global budget for more than 700 thousand US dollars. Creation of a participatory system for the follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of projects of micro-credit, circular economy and the strengthening of grassroots civil society. Achievements: • Recognition and confirmation of continuity of financing by financial and international cooperation organizations such as: European Union, Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation AECID, French Development Agency AFD, CCFD-Terre Solidaire, Frères des Hommes, Save the Children, Misereor, Steel Workers, and others. • Improvements in institutional performance: increase in the rate of projects approved in national and international calls, improvement in operational quality and fluidity to prepare technical and financial reports.

Participation in the professional team responsible for designing a master's training program in: economic, financial and social analysis and feasibility, project management techniques, project cycle management, institutional adoption of monitoring and evaluation methods, and logical framework methodology.Responsible of launching the Master's Degree: scheduling courses and subjects, identifying among senior public management officials, and calling them as tutors, forming teachers teams and monitoring the completion of each course, organizing complementary activities for students of the master's degree (elaborate case studies, select specialized bibliographic material, organize discussion, reflection and debate teams, etc.). Achievements: • More than 250 public administration officials and the civic society sector were formed in the Master's Degree. • Many of the students of this Master's degree program today occupy high positions in public management, in private companies and in the civic society sector. • We help various administrations adopt a project management culture based on monitoring and evaluation.
