Execution of the Business Plan:• Growth in turnover;• Diversification of the group's activity through creation of a new business area - Gastroenterology - from its conception until its launch;Integration of the operational area of Imaging:• Creation of a unified operational area, by appointing Area Managers in each region and a single structure, with operational managers in each clinic and business unit managers for the units managed in Outsourcing and Teleradiology;• Transferring roles to central areas of the group and redefining the roles.Implementation of measures to create synergies:• Streamlining of service provision contracts between the group's various clinics, to increase the production of the Affidea Group in Portugal in the areas of highest profitability;• Integration of the group's commercial area with a significant focus on public procurement of outpatient exams from some of the largest hospitals of the NHS.Renewal of the main outsourcing contracts:• Renewal of the main hospital Outsourcing and Teleradiology contracts through public tender;Redefining operational management KPIs for the entire group (international project):• Development and definition of the operational KPIs project “on time” in coordination with Affidea Internacional, using the group's core and operational systems and reporting in PowerBI.Standardization of operational information systems:• Selection of solutions and definition of all core operating systems to be implemented in the group in Portugal - RIS, PACs, Ticketing Systems, Call Center Platform and creation of a new Portal for access to images and medical exams, transversal to the entire group.

Strategic redefinition of the group:• Creation of 2 new business areas - Cardiology and Pulmonology - to complement and diversify the group's activity;• Rebranding of the entire IMI Group brand;• Renovation of the equipment;• IMI won the 5 Stars Award of Lisbon Region in the category of Diagnostic Centers (2017), being recognized, through an external entity, by users and practitioners, as the leading diagnostic service provider.Growth plan:• Implementation of an organic growth plan per unit to increase activity still during 2017;• During this period, the Group's main partnership contracts were renewed, namely: Partnership with Private Hospital in Almada; Partnership with Rainha D. Leonor Hospital, in Caldas da Rainha; Partnership with British Hospital / Hospital da Luz Torres in Lisbon.Others: PME Leader Awards (2017) PME Excellence Award (2017).

Restructuring of the Imaging area:• Management of treasury needs for debt payment in relation to the last major investment cycle made; Renegotiation with suppliers to obtain better conditions and payment plans; • Integration of the management of the Contact Center at British Hospital and IMI (2014).Business development:• Development of the Teleradiology and Hospital Outsourcing áreas; Outsourcing of the ULSNE TAC service (2013/2020); Full outsourcing of ULSAM's imaging service, through a public tender; Full outsourcing of the imaging service at British Hospital (2015/2020).Others: Management Representative within the scope of Quality Certification; IMI won the 5 Stars Award of Lisbon Region in the category of Diagnostic Centers (2016).

Main responsibilities: Financial analysis and project feasibility; Participation in the preparation of the budget, analyzing deviations from the budget vs the actual one and ensuring the realization of the respective forecasts; Ensuring the reliability of financial information and minimizing the occurrence of errors; Prepare and control reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual); Establish the main performance indicators (creating and monitoring KPI’s); Develop and maintain standards and cost efficiency; Produce financial and management information for the company; Treasury planning; Support to the Board of Directors.
