Mission: as analyst, leader and later manager of IT Quality Assurance, I modeled, scripted and executed more than 200 QA projects, leading my team (analysts and engineers) to meet BI CRM and Capital Markets demands, during Santander and ABN Amro merging, I had to raised and led a new team to match mentioned demands.- CRM - BI- Treasury and Capital Markes.
