Guiding the integration of geospatial data into TRACT's platform, focusing on developing deforestation and biodiversity metrics to support sustainability performance reporting in agriculture and consumer goods supply chains. Provided geospatial and spatial ecology analysis for SEO/BirdLife Spain to support habitat conservation planning for an endangered bird species - the Iberian Reed Bunting. My work focused on mapping wetland habitats, identifying suitable habitat for the species, assessing landscape connectivity, and offering data-driven insights to guide targeted conservation actions. This project contributed to developing strategies that align with biodiversity preservation goals and ecological resilience for the Iberian Reed Bunting populations.

During my doctoral studies, I used remote sensing and machine learning algorithms to study herons and egrets colonies distributions to clarify behavioral questions of these species and to improve conservation and management plans.
