Work Performed:-Perform a functional analysis to determine if the apps taxonomies are right and it must be included into the scope of the Phase 1 and 2 respectively of Last mile transformation project.-Document the requirements and agreements made For the confirmed Phase 1 and 2 of the transformation project with the Countries and Tech line of business.-Follow and support the development, integration and Testing activities to release the solutions to production of the migration scope defined by project scope.-Lead the Last Mile transformation through participating in regional committees, develop PM activities, building dashboards to show results and looking for new opportunities.-Lead the LATAM Operational committee to Assure that the 100% of the budget assigned from LMT to retire apps with the other Tech Teams support were executed.
