- Administraton and Maintenance of Lightspeed's systems and networks- Onboarding of new employees and contractor's- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, VMware- Security monitoring and auditing of systems logs and services- Review and maintenance of system backups and disaster recovery- Provide support for end users- Fortinet Administraton (Fortigate, FortiClient and EMS, FortiAP)

- Provide Desktop support at our local facility and to remote workers for 100-150 Windows 10 end users ranging from software and hardware troubleshooting, repairing, software installations, and working with our hardware vendors for warranty repairs.- Promptly and Timely respond to user incidents and requests.- Onboard new employees by assigning company computer, AD login, Office 365 accounts and 2FA login.- Install, configure, and support software applications such as MS Office 365 GCC High, Checkpoint VPN and more.- Support company IT assets including PCs, Laptops, Printers.- Implement and maintain network security in accordance with company policies.- Deploy, Setup and support new and current printers in office area and production floor.- Maintain compliance with NIST 800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012 regarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
