Among the main achievements are the restructuring of the software factory to transform it into the Agile area of Research and Development (R&D). I led the largest and most important area of the company, responsible for the development of all projects since the estimation, planning, and execution of them worldwide (NAM, LATAM, and Global Markets). In 2020 we achieved CMMI Dev Level 3 certification and prepared for ISO 9001 and 27001 certification, moved forward in the Re Architecture project for the creation of MDM (Prime Analitycs +) as a cloud service (AWS) targeting the residential market with AMI meters and we won a lot of deals in the US and Latin America markets.
