Among the main achievements are the restructuring of the software factory to transform it into the Agile area of Research and Development (R&D). The R&D was conformed with the agile PMO area, who was responsible to assign the people with the Scrum Master and/or Project Manager expertise to the projects, the area of Technical Solution Architecture where development was initiated with unit testing and following Scrum methodology, the area of Business Architecture that assigns the Product Owners with business expertise to the projects and the coordination of Quality Assurance where the area of automation of functional tests was implemented. I led the largest and most important area of the company, responsible for the development of all projects since the estimation, planning, and execution of them worldwide (NAM, LATAM, and Global Markets). In 2020 we achieved CMMI Dev Level 3 certification and prepared for ISO 9001 and 27001 certification, moved forward in the Re Architecture project for the creation of MDM (Prime Analitycs +) as a cloud service (AWS) targeting the residential market with AMI meters and we won a lot of deals in the US and Latin America markets.

Among the main achievements in the teaching evaluation application development project for the Ministry of Education are, improve the speed of the development team through the implementation of improvements in the process of defining user stories, the process of change control and acceptance criteria, definition of performance indicators of the different roles of the team, improve reporting and communications with the customer, restructure the team, improve overall team performance and customer satisfaction.

Among the main achievements are: the definition of marketing channels with price and commission schemes (Groups, Masses, Branches and Business), The signing of alliances with Fedemunicipios, Telefónica, Avianca, Colsubsidio as well as Wholesale and Travel agencies, the implementation of CRM HubtSpot for the centralization of customer databases and tracking to leads and sales prospect, the migration to the cloud of business information for sharing, the definition of new business units, Teaching & Living and Travel & Culture to diversify revenue and share operating costs, the structuring of business holding, the creation of the VP of operations, among others.

Among the main achievements in the Production Book project for Ecopetrol's Vice President of Production are the effective coordination of a multidisciplinary team consisting of 13 people in Colombia, 10 in India and 7 in Houston in a $3.4 million contract, the implementation of the collaborative solution of production and injection management, subsurface operations management and volumetric management, carrying the monitoring of more than 11,000 Wells, the implementation of 9 Workflows based on Good Practices, GENOMA Processes and DOF Models of industry. More than 600 national staff were trained and recognized as a 2015 technology project throughout Halliburton.

Among the main achievements as an Advisor in the Center of Excellence of the Vice Presidency of Projects, are the development of the Investment Cost Estimation Methodology (CAPEX), the evaluation of existing technologies in the market and the contracting and implementation of the corporation's technology platform in the area of cost estimates, the development of E-Learning for training in the cost estimation process and the obtaining of recognition for innovation corporate university (WUAO Effect).

Among the main achievements are the coordination and realization of the first International Project Management Congress in Anzoátegui 2010 where I was president and exhibitor, obtaining and managing the project "Designing the methodology for estimating costs of exploration and production surface installations" for Repsol / YPF in Argentina, the training of almost 100 PMP through more than 12 training programs, advice and training in Project Management to recognized companies in different industries, such as, Banking (Banesco), Steel Making (SIDOR), Engineering and Construction (Inelectra, Vepica, ABB, etc.) of Software (Xpectra), oil companies (Fertinitro, PDVSA, AMERIVEN, etc.) among many others.

Among the main achievements are the rapid implementation of adaptations to the inventory and sales system of the 27 pharmacies of the consortium, to adapt to urgent changes required by the national government, the start of the implementation of service tickets at help desk, solution of communications problems of the consortium's clinics with corporate systems and was given a significant advance in the project of implementation of SAP FI-CO-MM in the corporation.
