My name is Luis Chavira. Currently, I am enhancing my skills as a business analytics major and marketing minor at The University of Texas at San Antonio, set to graduate in December 2024. As the Guest Service Coordinator at Parking Management Company, I lead a diligent team of 3-5, managing daily operations for over 100 guests and coordinating a fleet of 50+ vehicles. My competencies lie in orchestrating service excellence, department reorganization, and maintaining seamless operations. In this fast-paced environment our team prides itself on providing superior service, working in unison with hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction. I also have experience in setup and warehouse management. I've honed my abilities in installation, maintenance, and effective communication while working at Walmart, H-E-B, and UniFirst. As a Cross Functional Rep and Setup Associate with Walmart and H-E-B, respectively, I was working with teams of 5-10 across multiple departments where communication was key. At UniFirst, I effectively managed a warehouse full of products, loading and unloading 5-6 trucks on a daily basis while also preparing shipments for the next day.With a keen understanding of business analytics, my goal is to deliver data-driven insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and broadening our collective perspective within the organization.
