Tracked ~2,000 international drug movements and deciphered patterns that led to enhanced patrols resulting in record high seizure of 247,500 Kg of cocaine valued at $6.2 billion, disruption of 40,000 Kg of cocaine valued at $1 billion, and the seizure of 2 narco-submarines. This was achieved by improving Intel collections against interagency requirements, focusing production priorities, and facilitating information sharing stakeholders with regional knowledge, language skills, and link analysis techniques to provide predictive analysis to ~80 cases. Monitored maritime migration trends from Caribbean island nations, resulting in the proactive deployment of assets to Haiti mass migration contingency operation. Led deployed Intel team; published the first post-earthquake damage assessment for Haiti’s critical infrastructure that resulted in expedited coordination of large-scale multinational aid to ~2 million survivors. Conducted 130+ debriefings which led to detection of 2 migrant overloaded sailboats.
