Coordinate Sales, Support and Production starting before the last quote is send to the customer to ensure a smooth installation and fullfill customer satisfaction in my working region:- Europe, Middle East and Africa (South America until October 2010)- Main focus areas: Iberica, Italy, UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, Finland and east Europe.Search for third party contractors to fullfill the Brainlab pre-installation requierements and coordinate their jobs with the Brainlab installers.Train third party contractors to install independently the Brainlab pre-installation kits. Work to fulfil the local legal requirements related tot he Brainlab employees during the installation process.Manage the installation process including the following responsibilities:-Provide AutoCAD implementation drawings.-Provide suggestions to possible structural/installation interference/obstructions to install the Brainlab equipment.-Provide a clear and transparent installation plan even for customers non-used to work with MS Project or similar tools.Work with R&D to improve the Brainlab pre-installation requirements.Run small internal projects to increase company efficiency.Additional responsibilities:- Designated Employee for Health & Safety in Spain.- Implement and maintain the Spanish customer hotline.- Managing the mobile phone lines of the Spanish employees.

- Complete instalaltion process of Radiotherapy Brainlab products in Iberia, East Europe and Middle East.Planning -> Installation -> Acceptances -> Training -> First clinical cases.- Maintenance of Radiotherapy Brainlab products. - Provide customer continue training.Ensure the customer knows all the features and power of the Brainlab products.Show new products features to existing customers.- Support Sales representatives.Site visits and customer meetings to suggest the best quote to fulfil customer expectations/satisfaction.- Provide clinical DEMOS.- Trade fares.-Train new employees.
