Final placement to complete my studies joining the Human Resources of a international leisure enterprise. I was able to gain knowledge and hands-on experience of the department, performing tasks as accompanying all phases of the recruitment process, preparing and monitoring of internal training, helping evaluate members of staff and their compliance with the companies procedures and using an appropriate software to process payroll and personal information.
