As an Asset Integration Engineer at Transurban, I apply my passion and skills for electrical and electronic systems and equipment to manage the integration of assets into the existing network. I have been working in this role for over a year, after completing a six-week internship in the Asset Integration Management team, where I learned how to plan, monitor, and report on the asset integration process.My interest and expertise in electrical and electronic systems and equipment stems from my previous experience as a Navigations Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy. For five years, I performed preventive and corrective maintenance on various electrical equipment used for essential services, such as navigation, communication, and control. I also served as one of the quartermasters, responsible for the safe and accurate navigation of the ship. I received three "Early Promote" evaluations and two Navy and Marine Corps achievement awards for the high quality of my work. I further enhanced my knowledge and skills by obtaining a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Victoria University in Australia. I am always eager to learn new and existing skills and advance my career in the field of electrical and electronic engineering.
