As a Credit Card Product Manager, I will develop and lead the go-to-market model, portfolio strategy & processes for in-footprint and out-of-footprint states. Lead and work with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Intelligence, Advance Analytics, Marketing & Finance for development of pre-screened direct marketing strategic planning and execution. As a Product Manager I will perform a broad set of activities to accelerate sustainable profit growth for Oriental’s credit & debit card portfolios. Primary responsibilities of this role include strategic and tactical business planning and execution, new product development, product enhancements, portfolio management, market and competitive analysis, delivery of client experience, key project execution, and management of key external relationships. Also to ensure new products and programs are launched and managed with a coordinated strategy that includes: system changes, risk management strategies, training, sales execution, marketing/customer engagement, advertising, web presence, and ongoing customer service.

Ongoing measurement and analysis of credit cards, debit cards and point of sales (POS) portfolios including profitability, volume and business cycle trends. Review existing methods and procedures, making appropriate recommendations to management for revisions and/or modifications on account pricing and setup that will enhance efficiency, portfolio profitability and customer experience. Coordinates and directs functions pertaining to the bank’s ATMs, accounting entries, chargebacks, Point of Sales (POS) and Bankcard and Checkcard activities. Monitor controllable non-interest expenses and revenues of the Unit’s portfolios profitability to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Monitor, control reports and conduct audits in accordance with Bank policies and procedures and regulatory, legal and ethical requirements in order to manage operational risk and minimize losses escalating issues to senior/executive management as necessary. Coordinates the daily functions necessary to provide quality service regarding all Automated Teller Machine (ATM) activity, POS' transactions processing and debit card matters. Investigates Regulation E claims and processes monthly reports. Manages Department’s Budget & P/L.

Effectively oversee and manage relationships with a portfolio of major high charge volume merchants, including retention of existing merchant accounts, establishing new/additional merchant locations, cross-selling of additional credit card related products services.
