In these different sectors I have worked in roles from the operation with the use of business tactics to management, formulation of objectives and the development of the business strategies to meet them.I am passionate about academia and its applicability to business challenges. I have had different pedagogical roles at undergraduate and postgraduate level and I am currently associated with research projects focused on change management and cultural development within organizations.I consider myself a generalist, thus I have a great ability to develop the competitive advantage of organizations through the strategic alignment of its different areas.
