Worldwide AMZL (Last Mile)I lead a team of 30+ BIE's, TPMs and PMs that enable cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic programs, devise creative ways to measure performance and define the data strategy for AMZL (Amazon Logistics). The team works cross-functionally with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Planning, Fleet and Customer Experience among other teams, to identify their data requirements and build analytical solutions. We transform data into insights that enable Amazon to deliver more packages, faster, on time and more efficiently. (LCY2) Supported the Outbound Operation of the Fulfillment Center located outside of London, for a period of four months. Designed a stress test that yielded a set of specific actions that improved performance and reliability of equipment, allowing the site to break their shipping record (at the time), on Prime Day 2018. Responsible of negotiating services and material contracts for Ternium and Tenaris worth a total of $49 million. In charge of finding the right suppliers, understanding internal client's needs, launching tenders, analyzing proposal and quotations, negotiating price and terms and assuring material delivery and quality service provision. Developed a spend analysis project for crane rentals, saving $40,000 (USD), as part of the department’s savings project to counter the effects of the 2008-09 economic crisis. Issued frame agreements for 95% of the materials under my responsibility, reducing the average workload from 300 pending purchasing request to less than 50.

Conducted a process analysis and simulation to optimize forklift movements around warehouses, which resulted in annual savings of $10,000 by avoiding additional equipment rents.
