Over 6 years of experience in construction project management, I have successfully led the development of various projects, including over 200 properties and the transformation of more than 17 hectares. As the Administrative and Executive Manager at ENC Constructores, I have had the privilege of managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing the hiring of both internal staff and external contractors, ensuring compliance with construction, environmental, and technical regulations, and leading sales and marketing efforts.I specialize in developing strategic portfolios, planning, and creating management tools using NoCode platforms like Notion, where I have built custom CRMs, property management systems, project progress tracking systems, payment monitoring tools, and data analysis systems.I have extensive experience in agile entrepreneurship models and web design, having worked with tools such as the "Opportunity Analysis Canvas," "Business Model Canvas," "Lean Startup," "Atomic Design," and "Design Thinking." I previously served as the CMO of a health startup, applying business model validation, MVP development, digital marketing, and web design with Wix. I also worked with a FairTrade coffee company in Nariño, where I helped develop the brand strategy, focusing on delivering an engaging communication of the coffee’s value chain.In addition to my project management experience, I have been a consultant for FUNDEGES, a foundation focused on the SDGs, assisting in the creation of magazines, innovation projects, and management plans.
