• Built database of 2,000+ clients generating over 1,300 interviews for students. Implemented CRM to launch a headhunting service. Co-led global team of 17. Coordinated 10 department heads globally. Reported to VP level.
• Assigned to co-lead and pioneer the single most important School’s initiative of 2012: an internal headhunting service to place students.
• Devised processes, metrics and bonus targets that resulted in expanding corporate contacts 10 times and placing 120 students with Fortune 500 companies in less than 10 months.

• Developed social media strategy by launching a Hult Alumni iPad app, growing LinkedIn group organically by 300%, increasing alumni newsletter open rate from 20% to 50%.

• Reported to the Executive Director and Dean of Students. Led a team of seven in running administrative school’s functions. Oversaw Finance, IT, Student Services and Office Management departments with a budget of $2.3M.
