Embracing a new challenge by team leading a group of early adopters of SRE and introducing the methodology and S.R.E good practices into Farfetch.I've been leading two teams one more support oriented that tackled Delivey cluster support helping mitigate the errors/bugs that affected platform stability and the other more development oriented where we have developed a service where we can see the bussiness flows that farfetch had and their respective SLO, SLI and error budget.Helped this new area navigate through the challenge of new, presenting and bringing more teams aware of the concepts that constitute SRE. Establish processes that brought this new area to life.

The PISO transaction were then consolidated on WMS in order to get consolidated.
