I believe emotions are key to unfolding individual potential.Therefor I have made a NEW theory – Emotional Reflection Theory a simple toolbox to implement in daily life for individuals to improve emotional wellbeing both in business and in private.Most people need guidance to unleash and to let go of suppressed emotions like, fear, anxiety, stress, anger and grief. Anxiety among other emotions is known to decrease work performance, reduce job satisfaction, and negatively affect interpersonal relationships.My motivation and main purpose with the ERT-Theory is to guide the individual to be aware of own being in the NOW and to take responsibility for change needed in regard to live an authentic life - unfolding a unique and individual potential. I strive to do this through my: Guiding, Teaching, Therapy, Speaking and Blogging
