Support and administration of 3 IBM i (iSeries/AS400) Power servers. ● Administration of change control software, Turnover, to do code promotions.● Support Mimix software to ensure prod and DR servers are kept synced.● Support of all 3rd party software such as, RVI, WinSpool, Messenger plus, legacy Billing System, Zip400. ● Perform Full-System save and IPL on all 3 iSeries servers twice a year.● Maintain job scheduler (native OS tool) and troubleshoot job failures.● Assist with client-side connectivity issues.● Support hardware, report any issues to IBM and/or 3rd party vendor. Access system tools to check logs, disks, batteries for any issues.● Perform monthly data restores to the DEV server.● Troubleshoot IFS issues and access; including NFS mounts.● Maintain SFTP windows server and application (GoAnywhere) and also scripting software (Jams scheduler) to automate file moves after being dropped in sftp server.● Provide after-hours support as needed.● Support others Engineers with Windows Servers (VMs) administration tasks/issues as well. Member of team on-call rotation.

Provide IT support to various casino gaming systems and all end users. SECADM for our Iseries/AS400 system, providing user and vendor support for our diverse apps such as Kronos, LMS, MMS, and Infinium. Member of an IT support team responsible for the every day operations of the Casino supporting all technology we provide. Windows servers, diverse gaming applications, PCs, basic networking, peripherals, etc● System Admin for the IBMi (Iseries/AS400). Developed queries, menus and commands using the CL programming language. IPL box and load PTFs, cumulative packages. User profile security on the OS and diverse applications. Apps running on box are: Kronos, LMS, MMS, Infinium, Visions (Mimix). Create printers/out queues.● Troubleshoot basic networking issues related to PCs, Servers, gaming devices, and printers.● Active Directory experience. Create users, groups, reset passwords, and add computers to domain. Troubleshoot any issues related to AD. Also troubleshoot hardware issues with servers and PCs.● Troubleshot issues that happen with the gaming machines on the floor, such as rebooting gaming devices/servers. Making sure our Casino Database talks to the gaming system.● Support diff. pc applications: CMP, MICS, SDG, Vingcard, Bartech, InfoGenesis (Point of Sales), Active Directory, gaming apps.
