I am responsible to manage the resources of a company which has evolved from a sustainable architectural and building engineering design consulting, to the digital transformation of industrial and building assets trough BIM methodologies and Common Data Environment workflows with our clients.In every project we look for most suitable digital and technological solutions on a BIM management workflow, to improve the digital transformation of the assets management, the projects design and the construction management, getting the best results.We have managed digital transformations of industrial and building assets, construction projects and cost & financial analysis models in Europe (Spain, Ireland and Poland); South America (Peru, Colombia, Uruguay, Bolivia, Honduras); Africa (Nigeria, Mali, Namibia, Angola, Ghana); UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai) and India.

Copsesa is a construction company engaged in the execution of civil engineering and buildings, both public and private. As head of this department, my duties began in obtaining new clients as well as attention to the existing ones; the control of both the production and costs associated wirh it and the development of forecast plans for both. Furthermore I was also responsable for approving the necessary procurement and contracting according to the plannings provided.I had to get the hiring and production ratios established by the General Director of the company, always trying to improve profiability.To fulfill my mission, I form and direct a multidisciplinary team of professionals from developing business plans and hiring, through the customer management and the implementation of resources to control the ratios output / cost and improve both account results and product quality.

Direct the management of the developments already initiated solving the problems preventing completion.

Following the orientation of the company toward public works, I lead the management delegation for the implementation of existing works portfolio.Profitability improved by 48%, increasing sales (30%) and decreasing the cost (18%) of the contracted Works.

In the early 90´s, a group of businessmen from various fields, are grouped under a same acronym with the intention of forming a powerful Real Estate Group. To achieve it, they surround themselves by prestigious professionals as well as young graduates from Schools of Architecture and Civil Engineers and the Faculty of Economics of La Coruña, Spain. After 15 years, they manage to become one of the most important Real Estate Groups in the country. I am fortunate to be one of those young graduates chosen to participate in the dazzling development of the company, working with top professionals, progressing from the performance of the tasks of Junior Project Manager to the Corporate Manager of it, designing a strategy based on expanding acquisition of non-consolidated urban land and negotiating later development planning for their own use or for third parties.We completely transformed the company, dividing it into a set of independent companies which provided services to one another and third parties.Every year we approximately developed 1.000.000 square meters of land, developing and building about 2.000 homes with an estimated production of € 500 million.
