Objectives: • Reducing CO2 emissions due to logistics operations in Mexico. • Determining if Coppel's customers were open to increase the waiting time for their products if it ensured lowering the company’s CO2 emissions. Activities:• Gathering data on the field by applying surveys (at Coppel stores)• Developing a new routing proposal that decreased harmful emissions.• Suggesting the "Firms of Endearment" philosophy, promoting care and value for customers and employees.
