Through my work at Deloitte (Belgium), I performed vendor and acquisition financial due diligence in the context of M&A transactions across multiple industries, including TMT, manufacturing, construction and health care. At Mercovus Valuations (US), I assisted with several valuations of US and international startups and middle-stage companies for the purposes of 409A compliance, financial reporting, tax reporting, and strategic reasons. In between, I launched Pribbo Foods, a startup focused on building virtual restaurant brands. Thereafter, I joined Danescor as an associate where I mainly help buy-side clients identify and execute strategic off-market acquisitions in the technology space.
