As a co-founder, I've had the responsibility to manage most of the company's projects, acquire new client's and close deals for both fixed-time fixed-price contracts and scrum based contracts.I also manage the company's payroll, accounting process and manage the daily company operation, overseeing the delivery of Quality Digital products and helping the team in any way I can.

For a more than 8 years I had several different responsibilities, including programming for the company's clients, such as RSA (Royal&Sun Alliance), Wella, Yanbal, Pizano, Roche, ICBF, and many others, doing PHP, Python and C# Programming on diverse environments and stacks. I was involved in several parts of the process, including Programming, Quality Assurance, Customer facing technical support and on-site Installation of the solutions offered by the Company, Requirement Analysis, Prototype Creation and Software Project Management, I had to help in both front end and back end development and also worked with different database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Sql Server and even AS/400, my job involved a lot of responsibility and had a direct impact on the company's bottom line, I helped train several coworkers and constantly researched programming topics and new tools.
