My passion for English started when I was 5. I had just gotten my Master System 3, and seeing the texts of this immersive universe made me feel very interested. So, at the age of 8, I started studying, and I've never stopped. I've studied daily my whole life. I have a degree in computer science and an MBA in business administration, but my passion is teaching languages ​​and new forms of learning, so I have become an English teacher in 2012 and I still work with it currently. I consider the language teaching system in Brazilian schools to be highly outdated. I believe that teaching should be something personalized, following the interests and pace of each person, as Nordic countries such as Finland and Denmark usually offer, and that is why in 2018, in São Carlos-SP, my own online school was born, JFM English, whose mission is to provide English for everyone. We believe that absolutely EVERYONE is able to learn English, but there is no infallible formula. Each person is unique and has different needs, difficulties and qualities. It is only necessary to find what works best for them, as long as it is aligned with the things they love and like, because English cannot be just another burden.
