Additional responsibilities include managing Program Management staff to support product line growth.

Project Management included overview of design and development, prototyping, testing and validation, specification interpretation, contract review and approval, scheduling, and customer interface for Dynamic Braking Resistors used in electric train cars for Transit Authorities globally, such as New York City, Chicago, Washington, Atlanta, Dallas, Philadelphia, Seattle, Brazil, Singapore, Munich, and London. Customers include Bombardier Transportation, Alstom Rolling Stock Americas, Toshiba (Japan), Mitsubishi Electric (Japan), Siemens (Germany), Toyo-Denki (Japan).

OEM Wire Harnesses and Assemblies Business Team - Manage 10 Project Engineers at Corporate level, synchronized with a team of 10 Product Engineers at the plant level. Team responsibilities include generating product costing, project management for new product introductions, development of product specifications, testing, and validation requirements, coordination of Engineering Change Notices, cost reduction programs and projects, product quality, and technical support. Development of processes and procedures to streamline engineering processes, including project management databases and product costing databases.
