As a part of BRINKS, authorized dealers of Amity alarm systems in the United States, I started on their sales teams through cold calls, I developed myself as an excellent agent with the great work ethic and performance. I worked as a team to develop sales strategies that allowed us to achieve many more sales and appointments.My performance as an agent earned me the position of assistant project manager, in which I am in charge of monitoring the activity, performance and work of a team of agents. I also have to deal with the payroll corresponding to the payments of said agents, as well as continuing in the development of sales strategies, assistance to agents in case of any doubt or situation that may arise during the working day. Another one of my tasks is the confirmation of data in CRM systems, in order to filter it for the agents in charge of dealing with clients in person and also, recruitment if necessary and agent training.
