I recently graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Minor in Computer Information Systems. I am currently seeking job opportunities to start my journey and develop my skills in the accounting field. When I started my studies, I chose Information Systems as a minor because technology is one of my passions, which seems very interesting to me how different information technologies apply to business processes. During my college life, I was able to enhance my technical skills by working with the SAP ERP software to post journal entries, organize general ledger accounts, and produce reports according to the accounting cycle. Also, I had the opportunity to use MySQL software to execute commands to access, analyze, and manage databases.In my current position as an Academic Tutor, I have been able to further improve my communication and leadership skills by assisting elementary school students in improving their academic performance. Also, I have the opportunity to collaborate with teachers and school staff organizing activities such as testing and the science fair, in which I participated as a judge.In my free time, I like to watch television and videos, listen to the radio, spend time with family and friends, travel, and read.I am interested in any kind of internship opportunities in accounting or information systems.
