Global Head Of Implementations
CurrentI manage the Global Implementation team (US, UK, and India), which covers the full implementation lifecycle, from the generation of the SoW, through the project delivery of out of the box and custom implementations. I continue to lead and consult on best practices for integration designs when working with prospective customers as part of the sales cycle. My key responsibilities include:- Management of Professional Services’ pipeline and resource allocation.- Escalation point for global projects.- Verification and sign off of Statements of Work and Change Requests.- Creating and implementing business processes for each team within the Professional Services department.- Recruitment of all roles and supporting recruitment for other departments.- Leading integration design workshops with customers during the sales cycle, identifying the best pathsto meet customer needs whilst also driving standard SaaS practices and ideals. Key achievements:- Led the effort of creating standard delivery packages which helped the company reduce the customer’s time to value from +12 weeks to 6 and 2 weeks based on the delivery package. - Implemented a structured Program Management policy using Smartsheets. This helped the team standardize customer and internal reporting and allocate team members. - Built a strong team culture, mentoring team members and others in the organization to maximize their contribution to the team.
