Responsible for conducting and analyzing the RFP with 7 potential suppliers that offered services for data categorization, PFM engines and UX/Front End deployment.- 03/2023 - 06/2023 | Open API and Open Banking strategy for one of the major financial institutions in South Africa. - Co-led recruiting team in Brazil’s university campuses, responsible for the organization of the recruitment process for college hires and proposition of innovation on the Mastercard Advisors brand exposure; was also an official speaker in webinars for top-schools.Projects:- 10/2022 - 01/2023 | Construction of a network fees pricing tool for a major Brazilian digital acquirer, with the goal of assisting in forecasting the future network costs and optimizing penalty fees that may occur. Responsible for SQL query building, report automation and for presenting key learnings in client steercos. Forecast for network expenses close to US$ 65.2M/year. - 06/2022 - 10/2022 | Authorization, fraud prevention, and chargeback optimization for a top-3 Brazilian digital bank. Responsible for assessing the qualitative and quantitative diagnoses, structuring the recommendations and the implementation plan for authorization and fraud prevention, modeling the financial impact and presenting key learnings in client steercos. Recommendations could drive to an increment of US$ 80M/year in payment volume and decrease of US$ 25M/year in transactional fraud.- 02/2022 - 06/2022 | Definition of the Open Banking strategy for a top tier Brazilian player of retail and e-commerce. Collaborated in the construction and design of 4 financial, mobility and retail products (hybrid EMV/mifare card, lines of micro-loans, micro-insurance and "pick and go" marketplace with sellers around train and metro stations and was responsible for building the financial viability analyses. Projected NPV of US$ 13.2M, 3M bank accounts and 1M credit cards. - 06/2021 - 07/2021 | Data analysis of a credit card portfolio for a top tier Brazilian financial institution with assistance of the Alteryx software, resulting in recommendations to increase spending and optimize retention of customers. Responsible for executing the Alteryx analyses and building presentations with key insights. Projected increase on GDV of US$ 2M/year.- 03/2021 - 06/2021 | Definition of the Open Banking strategy for a global top tier player of financial and technology industry.
