Customer Onboarding Coach
Current- Responsible for onboarding, training, and the overall success of each client using the platform interface, setting up their PMS and keeping up with followups in database.
- Assisting and supporting existing customers in their daily use of our software using product engagement strategies, working the full sales cycle.
- Achieving 90% Positive CSAT monthly goal.
- Working closely with the Sales/Billing/Engineering and Product teams to define and achieve customers’ success criteria, demonstrate ROI, and help ensure customer renewal.
