Main consultant for the National Process of Regulatory Harmonization in Mobility of the Mexican Government with the support of GIZ under the Mexican-German Climate Change Alliance. The Process was a law and policy update strategy based on climate change and human rights perspectives within the environmental, climate change, land and development frameworks. This Process influenced the 2020 constitutional reform on sustainable mobility, an upcoming general law on the issue, and several local normative and policy structures.

Local implementation of international sustainability obligations and standards. I was the author of research publications on environmental protection, climate change and human rights and their relationship with mobility and urban development. Within multisectoral settings, I assisted in the development of public policy and legal mechanisms to tackle climate change, improve environmental governance and build sustainable communities.

Environmental Coordinator for the Social Impact Assessment of energy projects in Mexico. Within a multi-disciplinary team of specialists, I coordinated the creation of a human rights-based methodology to assess and mitigate the social impact of energy projects in Mexico under international instruments and standards.
