I recently transitioned to a new project focused on enhancing our internal property evaluation manager solution. We are now developing a new version designed to be offered in the market, aimed at helping other companies tackle the challenges of managing evaluations and improving performance and accuracy. This initiative not only showcases our commitment to innovation but also positions us to better serve our clients in achieving their evaluation goals.

Having navigated significant changes in our organizational structure, including the dissolution of the design team, I successfully transitioned into a pivotal role in developing our market intelligence solution for the agribusiness sector. Our journey began in 2022 with a proof of concept showcased through a Figma prototype at the renowned Show Rural expo. I played a crucial role in guiding the project from its inception (Stage 0) to its current stage (Stage 1). We have now successfully launched the solution in the market, driving product growth and enhancing its maturity from Stage 1 to Stage 10.In my role, I oversaw design operations, crafted product strategy, led growth initiatives, and refined both the platform and our development processes.

I’ve been working in a startup of real state market intelligence my objective is to increase the quality of our products/services and build a design team who is responsible to take care of 5 verticals of the company. My daily routine is to lead and manage designers and at the same time work in the operation side by side with them, identify opportunities and participate in ideation sessions of new products and services, conduct and participate in user research, prototyping and handoff solutions for the development team, improve the product goals, manage and follow the metrics of the company and evaluate the design culture and process on the daily routines.

I was the first designer hired by the company in 18 years since it’s foundation, my main responsibilities were to build a design team and create a design culture in the office. I was responsible to help build a Cloud ERP product with the product team, conducting user research, and evaluating a Design System. In my daily routine I used to work closely with the business analyst and developers, built a process that was responsible to improve the prototyping phase in our project, and built a scenario so everyone can prototype and solve problems with design frameworks.

Acting in a web and mobile CRM product, responsible for performing benchmarks, research, creation of proto-personas, flow mapping, identification of touch-points, usability testing with internal and external users and external users, product discovery, design system and style guides maintenance, prototyping and solution validation.
