In both Brasilia and Belo Horizonte business units, I was able to lead the offices with great autonomy and responsibility reporting directly to the HQ. Amcham in Brasilia and Belo Horizonte has approximately 700 associate companies from all segments of the economy and the close relationship with several strategic clients was also very useful for me to learn about different business models and increase my professional network.In 2014 I joined Look'n Feel and became a partner responsible for the company's commercial and financial areas with the challenge of helping the business grow substantially. Since then I have had the opportunity to lead and contribute to the expansion of the company that has grown approximately 500% in revenues in the last 5 years. During the growth process I had the opportunity to found and lead two Look'n Feel spin offs - Look'n Feel Lab and Look'n Feel Talks - the first a brading and design studio and the second a creative school with design-based methodologies. I currently serve the company as head of growth and innovation and work to gain scale in the company's business and consolidate the Look'n Feel brand as a creative reference in communication and education in Brazil.
