QUALITY ASSURANCE- Reception of external material and quality control of its conformity in relation to what was requested, as well as analysis of delivery failures in relation to associated requests.- Quality control of all parts after the various production processes, ensuring that, in the end, the items in question have all operations completed and are as defined by Planning department.- Routing parts to the departments that will process them, ensuring work fluidity and reducing waiting times due to lack of parts.- Preparation of requisitions and legal transport documentation for the various subcontracted services and coordination of the transport of items with those allocated to it.- Coordination with the various machining, assembly, programming and planning departments in order to guarantee fluidity in the process and compliance with deadlines, in addition to coordinating changes to molds already processed, fitting them within the defined planning.METROLOGY- Operation of manual measuring equipment, such as micrometers, calipers and various other precision tools.- Operation of a CMM machine, preparation and adaptation of programs using Quartis software.- Analysis of information obtained through previous measurements, avaluating the need for remachining, welding, missing erosions or discrepancies in relation to the defined 3D model.- Calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment throughout the production unit.- Analysis of mold test reports and definition of action strategies in points related to metrology or control.- Analysis of customers' dimensional reports, definition of critical points in the steel for future measurement, thus facilitating the work of the metrology section by eliminating this analysis time.- Coordination with the assembly and sales departments regarding deadlines and the need to re-evaluate the measurements carried out.

- Management of operators assigned to the shift, directing them to the machines in production and assisting with any questions or difficulties in the process.- Management of planned productions, ensuring adherence to the schedule and meeting deadlines for finished product delivery.- Assembly, disassembly, and parameter adjustments of Thermoforming machinery.- Troubleshooting during production that affects the final product, readjusting parameters or the process itself as needed.- Assembly, disassembly, and parameter adjustment of Injection Molding machines, with or without piece retrieval robots.- Coordination with the Quality team to ensure full compliance of the parts throughout the process.- Management of raw materials in the machines, ensuring no downtime due to lack of materials.- Coordination with the First Line operator on the shift to ensure efficient change of raw material in the form of rolls, feeding of injection molding machines, and feeding of machines that are not producing but are scheduled to do so in another shift.- Assembly, adjustment, and interpretation of test results in coordination with the production manager, production supervisor, and project manager, in order to meet the desired outcomes as specified by the customer.

- Preparation and management of all accessory purchases (excluding injection systems) and steel for approved molds.- Communication with suppliers to discuss potential purchases or awarding of services, as well as negotiating prices and deadlines.- Coordination and management of subcontractors for the machining of structures and their respective delivery deadlines.- Management of small projects and services for molds already shipped, as requested by the client, coordinating with various departments within the company to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines for the small projects.- Management of mold modifications in production, coordinating with different departments to ensure they are applied within the deadlines for scheduled tests, without significantly disrupting ongoing work.- Management of assembly services, coordinating with operators and technicians on the need for polishing and welding, when applicable, during mold processing.- Assignment of new molds to assembly operators or technicians based on personal analysis, considering their suitability for the task.- Monitoring of assembly work and modifications related to the department.- Management of mold assembly and adjustment time to ensure adherence to deadlines for testing.- Implementation of continuous improvement methods and practices in the assembly department to enhance the current working method, ensuring greater efficiency and workflow, reduced deadlines, and improved quality.- Collaboration with the testing department for mold improvements, deburring, enhancements in part injection, or even aesthetic issues.- Management of mold shipping upon confirmation from the commercial department.
